We also have local pizzas from East Side Pies that we sell by the slice and heat up in the pizza oven to make it nice and bubbly.

We offer a variety of baked goods in our bakery case from several local bakeries including Sour Duck, Sugar Mama’s, East Side Pies, Gati, Rosen’s Bagels, Easy Tiger.

We work closely with two local bakeries—Henbit and Thoroughbread—to bring customers their amazing cookies.  We get the dough from them and bake them fresh to sell at RBG.  Henbit has their award-winning and famous Monster Cookie with Texas pecans, fair-trade dark chocolate, and fresh lemon zest.  Thoroughbread offers classic chocolate chip, nutella-stuffed banana, and jelly-stuffed peanut butter.
